What is the qualification?

All applicants must be currently employed and must provide verifiable income. Your monthly income must be at least 1 time of the amount of rent. For example, if the rent is $650, you must make at least $1,300 per month. All applicant must been employed for a duration time of 3 month minimum. A background check is required for all potential guests. No evictions in the last 90 days. If you are self employed attach your business license and 3 months of bank statements to verified your income.

Is couple accepted?

Yes, Both Parties must be on the application and have proof of income that can be verified. Please attach your last two current check stub to the application for verification of income. If you recieve  SSI, Please attach your award letter for proof of income.

Is kids Allowed?

Yes, There can only be one child per unit  and the child must be 7 years old are older.
