1. What is the minimum lease term?

The minimum lease term is 6 months, with flexibility available depending on your needs.

2. Is there any deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure the Unit. This ensure if anything is break in the unit doing your occupancy things can be replaced.

3. What amenities are included in the rental?

Each unit is equipped with a comfortable bed, nightstands, dresser, smart TV, and a private refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Additionally, each location has free access to  washer and dryer for your convenience. All utilities are include with your rental payment.

4. Is kids allowed to stay on the property?

Yes, There can only be one child per unit  and the child must be 7 years old are older.

 

5. Is couple allowed to stay on the Property?

Yes, Both parties must be on the application and have an income that can be verified. On the application you will be prompt to attach your last two current check stubs for proof of income, or your award letter for the state.

6. How can I schedule a tour of a unit?

To book a tour of the property simply visit our website where you can view both the interior and exterior of the property, along with prices and physical addresses for each unit. Once an  application has been submitted and approved, we will schedule an appointment to meet you at the property of your choice. Please ensure to include your preferred date and time in the application form. 

 

 

7. Are pets allowed in the units?

There is a no pet policy. However if the pet is a registered service pet in the state of Georgia the pet will be accepted. There is a $500 dollar pet deposit required in case of damages. Pet deposits are fully refundable if no damages occurs.

8. What is the process for credit building?

Our credit building process involves online payments, credit reports, account setup, and timely payments.

9. Can i pay rent on a weekly or bi-weekly basis?

No. All rental payment is paid on a monthly basis through our secure online payment system. All residents is provided an renter portal to pay their rent.

10. Where is New Life Revolution located?

11. What makes New Life Revolution unique?

We offer affordable housing giving each individual the opportunity to make Personal Transition: This usually refers to a fundamental change in an individual’s outlook, behaviors, or life path, often brought about by significant life events or introspection. Offering affordable housing  and credit building tools can potentially turn any negative into a positive. New Life Revolution Foundation is build on the principle of change.

12. How many people can occupy the space?

Depending on the size of the unit no more the 3 People can occupy the space. That's a mother, father and child. 

 

13. How long does it take for a application to be approved ?

Application approval can take up 24 to 48 hours. However the application can be approved the same day. We ask all applicants to submit all documents that’s required for approval. Once the application is approved you will receive a call from a representative. To ensure the time and date that's on the application is still the best time for you to meet at the property for the move-in appointment.

 

14. Can I pay a deposit to hold the room?

Yes. A deposit can only hold the unit up to 14 days. However if the remaining balance have not being paid on the date that was agreed upon. The unit will become available to other interested renters. A contract agreement will be sent out to you first before the deposit can be received. The amount and balance, due dates will be listed on the contract.
